Tata Motors has launched the updated Punch in the country, with prices starting at Rs. 6.12 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai). The B-SUV, which rivals the likes of the Citroen C3 and the Hyundai Exter, gets more features and a revision for the variant range.
Starting with the feature set, the 2024 Punch now comes equipped with a USB Type-C charging port in the centre console, new 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charger, rear AC vents, and an armrest for the front row.
In terms of variants, the Tata Punch is now available in 10 options – Pure, Pure (O), Adventure, Adventure Rhythm, Adventure S, Adventure+ S, Accomplished+, Accomplished+ S, Creative+, and Creative+ S. The colour palette is carried over from the outgoing iteration.
Powering the Tata Punch is the same 1.2-litre, three-cylinder, NA petrol engine paired with five-speed manual and AMT gearboxes. Also up for offer is a CNG trim, which is offered in a total of seven versions.
